Mit Beginn der Olympischen Sommerspiele in Peking kommt Anixe HD auch bei Kabel Deutschland ins Kabel und überträgt die Spiele dort in HD. Zuvor hatte schon KabelBW angekündigt, Anixe HD ins Programm aufzunehmen.
